Bernard C. O'Neill, Jr.

Bernard C. O'Neill, Jr. has practiced law
in Orlando since 1970 in the areas of corporate litigation, bankruptcy, reorganization, real estate and commercial collections.
His legal experience includes corporation and business formation, financing and reorganization, both within and without the
Bankruptcy Court. O'Neill has experience in complex business litigation and real estate transactions.
He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A. 1961) and of the Georgetown University
Law Center (J.D. 1967). Following law school, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Walter Bastien and to the Honorable
Warren Burger of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (now the Thirteenth Circuit) and
served as a trial attorney in the office of the General Counsel, Federal Communications Commission, Washington, D.C.
O'Neill's community activities include serving as chairman of the Board of Education for
the Catholic Diocese of Orlando, as a trustee for St. Leo College, Dade City, Florida and as a member of the Board of the
Christian Service Center.
He is a member of The Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Association, Commercial Law League
and American Bankruptcy Institute.
