Mark O. Cooper
|
Mark Cooper concentrates his law practice in the area of business law and commercial
litigation with an emphasis on the representation of commercial creditors and landlords. He has extensive experience
as counsel for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in complex commercial litigation. He has published a number of articles
dealing with the rights of creditors and landlords and has lectured extensively before groups as diverse as The Florida Bar,
the Florida Association of Broadcasters, the National Association of Credit Management and the International Council of Shopping
Centers. He has been a frequent speaker at Small Business Symposiums sponsored by the Orlando Sentinel and is an Adjunct
Instructor at the University of Central Florida.
Cooper's community activities include serving as president of the
Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando (1984-85), president of Jewish Community Center (1982-1984) and presently serves as a
director of the American Lung Association of Florida.
