John B. Liebman, Attorney

John Liebman is recognized as an aggressive and successful civil trial litigator in contract and real estate disputes as well as products liability defense, focusing on toxic torts. He often explores new areas of law, such as International Space Law, and in doing so has represented a variety of manufacturing corporations as well as the defense industry.

He has been involved in a case where clients successfully challenged the abuse tactics of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). He has an established reputation in the area of business law and advises attorneys and newly established law firms on operations.

A graduate of Yale University (B.A. 1968) and the Georgetown University Law School (J.D. 1974), he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He has served as Chairman of The Florida Bar Ninth Judicial Grievance Committee.
